Word I've heard is VAC 4.13 doesn't play well with PSDR. You need VAC version 4.12. This has happened also in the past with older versions. Some work great, others have problems. You can download 4.12 if you have bought 4.13. Just take the link you receive, and edit the URL for the 4.12 vers
