Hi Tim, 1 SDR was built in late July 2005 and the other was built in May 2006. If using the Delta 44, it could be that you don't have enough Signal to Noise on the mic input. What does the Mic setting on the TX Meter read when you are transmitting. It should be peaking around 0dB to get full output. Also, make sure that your drive is set to 100 and that you have calibrated the PA on the band on which you are transmitting.
