I was listening to some WSPR up on 30m at around 10.140 MHz this
afternoon. A bunch of DX'ers were booming in down around 10.115 MHz,
and I was hearing them. They were registering around -60 dBm when I
looked at them.
Then I stood back and watched the waterfall for a while. Switching in

Ach! The culprit was the NB. Disengaging the NB clears up the problem
substantially.
