[Flexradio] LP100 Plot Unable to Cause PowerSDR Flex3000 to Generate Signal

I have an LP100A that I am attempting to plot my SWR with. The PLot program talks top the PowerSDR okay and can set the frequency but it just seems to turn on the MOX which does not generate a signal unless you're modulating some audio or pressing a key. Has anyone got this to work
