SVN 1078 was downloaded into an empty folder and the database was built not
imported.
When finished the Memory Frequencies were copied for a previous Database.
While admittedly highly extreme, these settings provide some interesting
transmission characteristics:
  1. They provide maximum voice to room noise ratio. While talking, the room
noise is suppressed by 15 db.
  2. They provide about 2 seconds of suppressed room noise to allow taking a
breath before the Leveler starts to increase the mic gain. Locals report a
natural good audio with no objectionable room noise even though I have the SDR
fan, computer fan and the AL-82 blower all running within 3 feet of the
microphone.
I'm requesting those who wish to experiment to start with these settings, do
a lot more testing and please report back to either me or the reflector. These
controls are promising.
  Jerry
