Using MultiRX, can I monitor two different frequencies on two different bands
at the same time? So, let's say VFO A is on 7.200, can I listen to 14.280 on

The answer is no. You cannot even receive a 2nd signal within the same
band if it is too far away from the VFO frequency.
The receiver data stream from the A/D converter contains a range of
frequencies centered on the VFO frequency. The width of that range is
determined by the A/D
