I have tried to in the last 3days to install the newest Data transfer util, Version 2.0.10 -- Released July 23, 2009 but every time I get the same error (see below)in WinXP32Bit:
Unable to install because a newer version of this product is aleady installed. Tried the following: - Could not find the uninstaller under programs - could not find uninstaller uner Add/Remove programs - Ran Ccleaner , claened up ddl's and registry - tried to uninstall with CCleaner, but it could not find the program - lastly deleted the program under /Start/Programs/........
