We are happy to announce that our Operating Manual has had a complete facelift between version 1.6.1 and 1.6.2. Our new volunteer editor Joe AB1DO has done a fabulous job of putting this document in tip top shape with regard to formatting and content. Improvements are sure to continue, but we wanted to get this version out to the public as soon as possible since it is so far superior to what we had before.
