[Flexradio] SDR-1000 receiver dead for about 30 seconds when PowerSDR Start button is clicked.

I'm suddenly experiencing a anomaly with the SDR1K receiver taking 30 or 40 seconds to come on after I launch PowerSDR and click on the START button. During that 30 or 40 seconds the receiver is dead, reading -200 dBm on the S-meter, and there is no Transmit power output available on Tune. After
