[Flexradio] SDR-5000 fails some tests

Hi Dave, It happens. I think Eric has put in code that will make it retry any failed tests after all other tests have been completed, but I'm not 100% certain about that. Note in the printout which tests failed. Then, retry them just for those failed bands. You'll probably find that they work
