Well two people on the WSPR Chat pointed out this looks like the bands are
60 cycles apart and the AC to his power supply is coupling into his poorly
shielded or inadequately earthed TX audio line.
I was more concerned if I had an issue with my RX in the presence of a
strong signal.

I was S-9 on a 15m Olivia QSO while running 5W. I forgot to change the
power level from where it was when running WSPR. Even a QRP signal can be
S-9 under good conditions so don't assume that the WSPR
