Don't get the connection. If we have good propagation in Europe
(multi-hop E or whatever) on 6 meters, why do we need an amateur
allocation on 4 meters. I believe a U. S. amateur in 2009 has already
submitted a proposal to the FCC for consideration of a 4 meter slice, but
the FCC has yet to respond
ureaucrats here will act.
