No, this is a bug. We must remove the "close the other PowerSDR" until
we communicate with the process to tell it to go into shutdown.
I am certain that Eric is submitting a "SIGHUP" or "Break" to the program.
If he is not handling the proper shutdown sequence bad things happen.

While I was preparing an answer to a question asked by Dudley WA5QPZ,
with the SDR1k running, I inadvertenly double-clicked on PowerSDR icon
instead of HRD's. I got a message not too clear for me with
two options : Yes or no. . I answed yes and went into big
problems.
SDR stopped
