In previous versions of PowerSDR, the VAC Buffer latency was, as is the
current default of 120 ms in PowerSDR v2.4.4
The advantage is that some timing sensitive digital modes (like TOR
modes) *may* benefit from using WDM-KS and a lower buffer latency value.

PowerSDR 2.4.4 includes a VAC Buffer Latency adjustment with a default value of
120 ms and, according to the install notes, a possibility of reducing this to 0
ms with a sufficiently fast computer.
