Just to be sure everyone is on the same page, the 32-bit version of PowerSDR
available on our website (and SVN) runs fine today on 64-bit XP and Vista.
What we're talking about is a native 64-bit version which should improve the
efficiency of the program even further.

I was unable to get VS2008 to run on win 7 came up with a wrong format error
of some kind, however, the Test svn seems to be working well so far...now if we
can get some of the other software to catch up hi..
Have the VS2008 svn working ok on Windows 7
