latency inherent to the software and design by nature of the software
defined system. Likely unavoidable since it takes cpu cycles to process

Check your VAC settings, I don't remember the audio sample rate in
WSJT, but by default VAC starts at 22050 and many of our programs start
at 11025 sample rate, some at 12000. These mismatches cause buffer
over/under runs and will cause drop outs in the VAC transfer from
PowerSDR

I have an issue w/ my FLEX-5000A experiencing a receiver drop out w/ WSJT7.
It doesn't seem like an audio drop per se. The receiver cuts out from a
split second. The timing is irregular. It can happen every few seconds to
once every few minutes. It is even worse w/ the JT65-HF program by W4CQZ (ex
ARGH! RTF Knowledge Center!
Adjust the PowerSDR VAC RX Gain until you achieve a signal input reading of
between -4 and 0 dB.

I have WSJT properly configured, it is working on the HF bands. When I go
over to 6 meters with my F3K, the WSJT RX noise level (should be around 0
db) frops to -37 dB. How can I increase audio out via SDR so that I get a
level of zero dB in WSJT? I can do this no prob on the lower bands.is it

Just to let WSJT fans know, this afternoon, Joe, K1JT, released a new beta
version of his WSJT program with a QSO mode on WSPR. I already made 5 WSPR
qso's with 1 watt on 14.076. Amazing weak signal mode.
The WSJT program operates very well with PowerSDR and the 5K.
But back to cw for now.

After much perserverance, WSJT is now working well with my SDR1000. I need 2
monitors for all the information.
Now to interface it to a 70cm DB6NT transverter amp etc for 70cm EME.
