I cant get winwabler to receive psk31 The rcv freq reads 999.999.999. I followed setup instructions in dxlab suite.com/dxlabwiki/powersdrcommanderwinwarbler found in knowledgebase. The rcv and xmt freqs in the upper right hand cornner of the wabler page ar ecorrect.Any ideas? art w1rzf
