days ago I have the same problem with no RF detected, I hope this problem
solve soon.

Having the same problem. Just discovered I cannot transmit on one of my MARS
frequencies (7.6xx). I thought the problem went away with the latest version,
but apparently not. Removing the power does not seem to change anything.

Not just shut it off but remove the power for a min or two and let it reset.
Fortunately with the later powersdr versions and firmware I haven't had to do
this as often.
