[Flexradio] is there a fuse on the firewire 13.5 pin

I'm trying to use the 13.5 voltage on the flexwire pin 8 to be the voltage sense line to turn on my Quadra Amp. It should work as I have the rest of the DDUtil program working. But there is no voltage on this pin that I can measure. I'm sure of my pin connection. And yes, I have a 9 pin male
