If you already have a B/W printer, consider printing it in B/W with
the colors printed as shades of gray.
I am currently using up the remaining B/W toner in a color laser
printer before tossing the printer (new color toner cartridges cost
more than new color laser printer complete) and
I called OfficeDepot, OfficeMax, and Kinko. They are all charging $0.89
PER PAGE for COLOR printing. For the current 1.8.0 manual that is $172

Does anyone know of a company that will print a PDF manual in color for
less than $200?
