[Flightgear-devel] Improved stall modeling

I have (hopefully) improved the stall characteristics of the c172 model by incorporating stall hysteresis. To my observation, the nose seems to fall through better than it did before. These changes are not in the default c172, but in the experimental one instead. Update from FG as usual and bas
