I noticed a typo (that to my shame I'm responsible for introducing)
lingers in the CVS copy of FlightGear/configure.ac. It won't affect many
users, but it'd be nice if the typo was killed anyway.
The attached (trivial) diff takes care of it. The reference to $FLAGS in
line 217 should be $CFLAGS.
