Well, there is no need to apologize since it was indeed a PLIB issue (well,
kind of). The problem is that, to quote Steve, "UL has historically not
depended on OpenGL and making that change is not an insignificant thing".

Well, now that I removed ulIsValidContext () from UL on Steves concern
again, there is theoretically no need to do so - but the change is
basically a good idea; who knows if we decide to put some OpenGL stuff into
UL again with PLIB 2.0 or so ...
