It used to be that when running aclocal in CygWin one had to do it like this:
aclocal -I .
I just updated to the very latest CygWin in all things. SimGear, at least,
built easily using aclocal with NO arguments, i.e.:
aclocal

No, but I am doing so, now to see if that helps. If I need to revert some,
I'll try that, too.
