Following Curt's Announcement I decided to download the new FlightGear 0.9.10
Scenery tiles. Yesterday, I decided to take a little tour over my home area,
and was truly pleasantly surprised among others, I've noticed the following
improvements:

Can anyone see something wrong with this animation? It seems that the
condition switch is stuck in the "on" position. I have watched
sun-angle-rad go back and forth over 1.55 without the emission turning
off. It just keeps glowing blue. I don't see an example of a condition
other than "equals" bein

Here's the same patch without affecting Erik's include path correction.
This patch fixes configure.ac so that when an alternate prefix location for
simgear is specified, configure tests for the header file jpegfactory.hxx in
that specific location only.
