This may sound daft but i've setup cvs on my server to hold the
737-300 development that me , Markus and others are doing so it does not
touch the FG model until the model authors are happy with changes etc and
wish to commit the changes to the FG cvs.

Here are some updates to make the time factor for the new brake
functions settable via the property tree. It sets a default value of
0.5s (if nothing else has already set it) that can later be updated by
preferences.xml, the user, or whatever.
