due to the lack of experience with the Nasal scripting system, I
initially looked for a changed airport id every time a new ATC chatter
message should be played.
Now that I 'discovered' the setlistener function, I changed my code to
listen to "/sim/presets/airport-id".

I created a patch for the Nasal script 'atc-chatter.nas' which makes ATC
background chatter dependent on the airport id.
Currently the airport id used is the one set in
'/sim/presets/airport-id' (but should probably be
'/sim/atc/freq-airport' - the problem is that
