Hi,

I want to add some direction information to the sound of the S58 (the
engine exhaust pipe has a clear direction and the tail-rotor sound is
depending on the direction). Therefore I wanted to make use of
<orientation> in the sound.xml. But this seem to has no result on the
sound. I tried the B2 (which makes us of the <orientation>, too), and
was not able to hear any direction-dependence in the sound.
Therefore I decided to calculate the volume by myself, using the
aircrafts orientation (e. g. /orientation/pitch-deg) and the camera
orientation, which I failed to find in the property tree.

Two question:
a) is there a way to get the <orientation> stuff in sound.xml working?
b) is the current camera orientation (or better: the direction of the
camera towards the aircraft) somewhere in the property tree?

Best regards,
Maik
