Ok thanks Paul I will see if minimizing fixes the problem.
Strange no one else has reported the problem maybe
not all that many people use the hotspots or only those
people using windows which I used to be.

Being new to Flightgear under Linux I have noticed a problem.
If I run with the sim the full size of the screen regardless of the
screen resolution I have the hotspot points about 1 inch/25mm
below were the yellow hotspot squares would indicate the hotspot
to be.
