Typically, the bendable trim tabs on aileron and rudder are used in real
life to get near hands off performance at typical cruise with the ball
centered. So a modeller will use the property browser and adjust the
values to achieve this so the ball is centred with wings level and no
aileron input and then put those values in the set.xml file.

I just noticed that when I start with fgrun, all the trim values are set
to 0.0 but when I start from the command line, the values in the set.xml
are used to initialize the trims. The problem with starting with all
trims 0.0 is that there is then no way in an aircraft that only has
elevator trim adjust (and even rudder trim adjust) to get non slip/skid
cruise with no aileron input.

I cannot find what to edit to get rid of the trims being initialized to
all being 0.0 when using fgrun.
What am I missing?
