Under Windows there are settings for the Keyboard delay and repeat rate. So
the delay can be set to 0. I would think you should have a similar setting
in the keyboard options under SUSE 10.1.
As far as holding one key down and repeating then pressing another key that
will always kill the

I just set up a pair of XP machines with the slave running the same copy of
flightgear from a shared folder on the Master PC using the Native-fdm
parameters described in this thread.
The instruments and sound on the slave are following the master but not the
outside image, which I have not

Using Tomca
I have been over the past few months upgrading the definition for KPHN
using Taxidraw and FGSD to place the new definition into the scenery
database. Robin has an updated version in his master database
already. The new airport TAXIWAYS are all there but the lighting is
gone and I cannot find
OK, I have managed to update an airport by using Taxidraw and with FGSD
installed it into my scenery.
Then a disk crash so after about a week I'm close to being rebuilt and
trying to put things back together with flightgear.

JSBSIM new version won't stall. Flies slow and
loses altitude but does not stall.
YASIM stalls but no stall horn. Sound increases
and changes pitch as speed slows, then I get the drop off but never

I have Taxidraw working and have updated my airport definition and want to
get it into flightgear. The Taxidraw tutorial says to submit it, which I
will after I visually verify a few things and wait for a scenery rebuild
:-(

I just added a CH Yoke and Pedals to my setup and the installation
went without a hitch using FlightGear 9.9 under Windows XP.
I have mapped out the Yoke buttons and controls through
trial and scanning the XML definitions for the device in the Input
folder.
