[fltk.general] How I conquered FLTK with Eclipse Indigo and MinGW

I am posting this in the hopes that one other ignorant dilettante will be spared what I just went through. To build with FLTK (1.3.0) and MinGW using Eclipse (indigo): First follow the steps to build fltk: open an msys mingw shell, follow the steps. I copied the resulting files from the msys l
