I suggest that we add an optional flag to the the screen_xywh calls for
WORK_AREA vs SCREEN_AREA. This will keep binary compatibility.

I've seen little up/down arrows (^ at the top, v at the bottom) in large
menus of other applications, where you click those to scroll. By keeping
