I'm not familiar with CMake or Fedora, but I do know how Debian packages work. It sounds like a difference of opinion between the upstream (FluidSynth) and distro (Fedora) -- these sort of differences happen all the time. For one part, I'm trying to get it pass thru this error. I have install CMake in default path and while configuring, an error with pkg-config. In CMake it need glib? I have both glib and pkg-tool lib, how do I set the path for CMake to detect? Make Error at C:/Program Files (x86)/CMake 2.8/share/

The jOrgan group are using libfluidsynth.dll with jOrgan in Windows, so if you get jOrgan 3.14 you will get the Fludisynth 1.1.4 dll with the default dsound driver. If you're looking to use the PortAudio WDMKS, ASIO, or WASAPI drivers then they are available as separate downloads from the Tutorials
