Yes, that should be possible via SoundFont modulators. Currently this
has to be assigned to instruments in the SoundFont file, with a
SoundFont editor. Having a feature like "global session modulators"
would be great, but is not yet implemented.

is it possible with the current state of controllers implemented in FS, to
address the MODULATION LFO controllers frequency, pitch and volume parametres,
and/or VIBRATO LFO controllers pitch parametre, using MIDI messages?
