FLUXLIST: wild honeysuckle

I live in zone 7 (Alabama). I have wild honeysuckle vine growing on my fruit trees. I cut it down and try to dig it up, but it always comes back. I can't seem to get rid of it. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it without killing my fruit trees in the process. Thanks
