NY,
Dear Mr. B.Lowman,
thanks a lot for the barcode-gifs, they completly satisfy my high expectations that I
had in them. As you might know barcodes nowadays are often
'use-once-and-destroy-articles' so I am very delighted to be the proud owner of true
handcrafted-italien-designer-barcodes.
I've been following Nerdrum's experiments in rhetoric for some time--he does these
same type of paintings, and they're not kitsch, really, but they have been labeled
so by some, critics for whom this sort of thing is just a bit too "wet," you know,
so Nerdrum seems to be embarked on a reverse
your barcodes as requested.
Sorry, I did miss that.
Could somebody be so kind to forward it ?
Thanks,
H.
WORKS SHOULD BE DELIVERED STARTING NOW TILL APRIL 30, 2001 - EXHIBITION
OPENS MAY 7, 2001 - NO RETURNS
I just thought I would mention again a request from a NEW ART museum
trying to open its
doors in Detroit (see below for details). It would be a nice statement
to see artists flood the museum
Could somebody send me the FTP info in the 1 hot minute sound project we
were working on. Did that get bogged down oe something?

Hello Radio-Owners,
There will be a broadcast of two radio-pieces from Alison Knowles that she once did
for the german WDR. I don't know what it is exactly, but it should be on 14-04-2001 //
WDR3 // 23h CET (if they don't change their program again like last time I wanted to
record)
Right as Rain, Cecil, I was wondering about that myself.
I think Heiko's at bat.

Well, its done. The history.txt should be downloaded
in ascii, if you are on Mac or Windows.
The server knows the ren command, like in
ren bla.mp3 04_onehotmin.mp3, ah ;-)
Best,
H.

Listed to the interesting 1 minute. Now, correct me if I am wrong, but I
don't hear the previous two works in there anywhere. I understood that
each were supposed to add to the original but not subtract anything or
extend beyond the one minute file.
Maybe it is your intention that your one minute
Wondered the same thing today: we're apparently waiting on Heiko ;) /:b

Got to talking about the "kitsch" angle in art, as reinterpreted by Nerdrum,
several weeks ago over dinner with a painter friend. Jane also teaches
and is more apt to read all the art mags than I, who have cut my subscriptions
to 2. If I recall correctly, per friend Jane, he started this kitsch
