Servlet moved into normal source as package org.apache.fop.servlet.

Ok, as requested I've relocated the servlet again, now under the main
source tree as package org.apache.fop.servlet. I've also done some
refactoring in FopServlet. Please see CVS messages.
Let's hope it will also grow over time.
