I reduced the margin-bottom t0 zero and that still did
not work. I will try and see if I can specify an
absolute position on the page for the footer.

Hi Arved,
Thanks for the suggestions, I went ahead and corrected
that. I finally figured out why, it turned out it is
something to do with printing in Unix to an HP
printer, you have to have the -o option when using the
lp command to print.
