The /Length below tells the length of the stream: it's 104 bytes and not
105.
I made a patch: is the attached PDF OK? Please check!
class: PDFStream
method: output(OutputStream stream): Why is 1 added? Is it correct under
other circumstances?
old code: write (_data.size() + 1)
new code: write _d
