Ummm Im not sure abut this, but did the rendering actualy produce any pages?
The FOP output usualy logs for every page it produces too, in your console
output i cant see any of that.

Can anyone help me on why the following FO code produces an blank page between
the "cover" and the "contents"? I know its got something to do with me setting
the initial page number to "1" after the cover page...
What I want is a cover page, followed by one or more pages, which should
ngth to increase to 3974 bytes. AND makes the PDF appears in Acrobat reader.
I have no clue really to what is going on, maybe I should try to upgrade the
FOP version and see if it helps.
