Tom, mailto: links are an "unsupported" feature in Acrobat, this problem is not specific to FOP. The only answer is not to use IE - Mozilla and Opera both work fine. Unfortunately if you open the document in the Reader it ignores default browser settings and opens IE anyway, you have to open i
