There's the intention to use the wrapper classes, which are already used by
rest of FOP.

How can I pass images as XML to FOP to be rendered in
PDF? I don't want to pass an URL as the image is not
available as a file but rather as a stream. Is this
possible? If so, how?

I have an application which generates surveys and converts the contents to
