Possible ideas: Batik and GIS, FOP and DocBook, etc. etc. You don't need
to be a committer to submit a proposal.

I have data that is that fitting in the pdf page. Is there any way to
fit the things without reducing font size or display area?
I am searching something like having horizontal scroll bar in the pdf
