please, post your query directly on the FOP-USER list, I read it regularly.
In addition, if I can't give you an answer, another contributor can give
you a quick one.
What you need here is <fo:retrieve-table-marker> from XSL-FO REC 1.1
(see [1]), but unfortunately it is not yet implemented.
I have no idea to workaround.
