Any of the foreman-rake runs are failing how do I resolve this?

Hi all two questions I am trying to install the provisioning component
using the wizard in foreman. When I used the install script it provided to
setup the dhcp and dns at the save and run stage the server can't talk to
it's own proxy.
I also notice when I do the install it overwrites httpd co
