In May, Scott changed platform-definition to follow fl:2-devel
instead of fl:2.
However, what we really need is that platform-definition on fl:2 is the
fl:2 platform, platform-definition on fl:2-qa is the fl:2-qa platform,
and platform-definition on fl:2-devel is the fl:2-devel platform.
