Since António's build cluster is down, I'm delaying additional fdev
maintenance, because the fdev cluster is working now. Be aware of
two temporary things -- both of these issues are temporary because we
are halfway through the transition to foresight-commits. We will be
able to remove these workarounds as son as we finish the transition.

* The new cluster builds against the mirrored foresight-commits
repository. Right now, that's mirroring once every 5 minutes.
So after you commit source, you'll need to make sure it is
available before building. Run "conary rq foo:source=:2-devel"
and make sure it's the version you expect. If not, wait a few
  minutes and check again.

* When you commit, you need to commit to the MAIN repository, not
to the foresight-commits repository. To do this, commit with:
  rmake commit --config 'repositoryMap foresight.rpath.org
https://foresight.rpath.org/conary/' <jobId>

Finally, please be on #foresight-devel while using fdev, as I will
be announcing there when I do maintenance and transition tasks.
>From time to time, I'll be updating systems.
