The base F14 release (including Everything) is now on fdev.
After we get the base import done, we can worry about updates.

I have set up a throwaway repository and a base real repository
on fdev, so that when we're ready to commit I can add the users
and we can start the work.

This will require mirroring the updates, which I haven't done.
But that's far enough out that I'm not worried about it.
