We have all seen people come into the #foresight channel and ask what they need to run to get the tools needed to compile apps from source. Sure we would rather then just install whatever app it is from the repo but they really want to do it themselves. Most of the time they are told to install group-gnome-dist-devel but that is kinda over kill for what they want to do. This may be the only time that they ever compile something themselves and g-g-d-d gives them way more than what they want / need.
What I propose is a group for just the minimum needed to compile from source (group-buildtools maybe). Maybe g-g-d-d could pull that group in to use too.
